I finally presented the 'Book Review'

during Muet class today.

I share with the class about the

CLEO Magazine.

I start reading CLEO since last year

and I get uncountable information

on Beauty, Fashion and Lifestyle.

I chose to present this magazine

because I want to share the advantages of

reading this magazine to my classmates

especially the girls =)

Woah~!!

That reason sounds very nice to hear hor...

That was my answer when my classmate asked me

why I choose this book

during the questioning session.

Erm...

Well~

Actually.... I'm just too lazy to read a story book laa =P

heee~~

I practiced giving my speech

for three consecutive nights.

And it's worth the effort

because Pn. Chan complimented me *^-^*

Thanks God a lot

because He helped me

to give my speech as what I've planed

though I'm nervous.

And my classmates actually din't

notice that my hands were shaking during the speech

haha...

You have to be strong Lim Li Kar!!!

Luck will not always be on your side.

Do not always depend on God's blessing alone,

You yourself have to first put in the effort to be successful.

Believe that you can do it

though other people don't think so.

Have confident in yourself...

Because

If you yourself don't look good on yourself,

'Brain' Dissection

Finally this day has come!!

Dissected mouse today~!!! XDD

These white rodents are so cute~

The mice struggle and try to escape when teacher put in the chloroform.

Start to feel dizzy.

And they finally fainted.

I name him Brain ^-^

Candace named hers Pinky

so mine is Brain =P

Inspired by a cartoon "The Pinky and the Brain"

"The Pinky and the Brain,

The Pinky and the Brain,

One is the genius, The other insane...~~"

So mine is genius

and

Candace's is insane XD

I know this name is kinda weird

Before

It's testis so damn big ><"

See how perfectly the organs of the mammal

are arranged in the body.

The long small intestine

is arranged compactly in such a small cavity.

After the dissection,

we need to draw the structure of the

digestive system,

circulatory system,

and the structure of the heart

based on the dissected mouse.

It's stomach looks like yiu dao

(peanut that has a shape of a kidney)

and the kidney looks exactly like red bean.

The size of the liver is about

4 times the size of its stomach.

Never know that liver is so large loh

Comparing the size of Brain's heart

and the frog's heart

(which I dissected 2 years ago),

Brain's heart is smaller... About 3/5 of the frog's heart only.

A mammal's heart is actually smaller than

an amphibian's heart ????

Feel great and relieve after the long wait to do this experiment ^^

Upper 6 Biology

had killed 27 mice *including 4 in the womb*

I guess the heavy downpour

was due to the sympathy and sadness

from God.

Oh!!

I recorded the heartbeat of Brain.

Poor Brain...

He pass away at 1.05pm T.T

Korean Xcite

We went to Bio lab and wait for Puan Nurul as usual.

(she always mi mi mo mo, do things in slow motion)

Suddenly,

Puan Norazah (which wont want to see us) came in

And told us that our class is selected to

do a survey by 3 Korean.

We was like "o.0"...

Stunned for a while.

While I was busy thinking what kind of survey it is,

Candace grab my arm and say

"Arh~ Korean aaa!!!" in an excited way.

Meanwhile,

Boon started to dance

Super Junior's Sorry Sorry

and start mumbling all kind of Korean words like

"Kimchi, Sorry sorry nega nega, you know??" wakaka

Our group turn on the excited mode immediately.

LOL!! XD

When they came in,

my heart beated like

I'm doing a performance on the stage ><"

What if they don't speak English?

We wont be able to understand them then...

The 3 Koreans introduced themselves

as Lee, Shin, and Woon.

Lee and Shin chose to do the survey on our group

while Woon and Hakim(our super senior which is their friend)

chose the group next to us.

OMG!!

My heart beat even faster

when they sit on our table XD

Both Lee and Shin introduce themselves again.

They're taking English Literature course

in one of the university in Korea.

They're 26 years old.

Watt lau eh!!

Very difficult to understand Shin's English

because he pronouns a lot of "rrr" ><"

They ask questions like:

- Will you choose to further your study in local U or private college (such as Monash)?

- Between local U and private college, which have a better quality?

- Which is more significant, the ranking of the university or the fees?

- Is it true that Malay have higher priority in entering university?

- In this multiracial country, will you feel unfair with the quota of entering university?

- Will you feel unfair that there's a lot of Malay police officers compare to other races?

Shin asked me

"Are you a Malai?" (Malay)

=.=""" Do I look like a Malay?

When the survey finished,

we chat for a while.

They ask us if we like any Korean singer.

Of coz we answered him Super Junior ^-^

some ans SNSD and Rain.

Shin likes Taeyoon from SNSD

and said "She's my wife".

He even put her picture as the wallpaper of his lappy.

Hahax!!

We take some pictures

and exchanged our email address*^-^*

I asked Lee

"Do you like any Chinese singer?"

He think very hard.

1 minute later he answer me

"Jung Yoon Bat".

Yi Ting and I look at each other...

Thinking very hard and confused ><"

who is this Jung Yoon Bat guy???

Then only we realise

that the one he mean is

Chow Yun Fatt.

Lol~! XD

Come to think of it,

Chow Yun Fatt is an actor wor ><"

AH!!

Nevermind~

Before they leave,

We asked Kah Siong to take a picture of us

using Ting's mobile phone.

A Drop of Blood Save Lifes

Date : 23 June 2010

Time : 8.30am - 2.00pm

organise a

Blood Donation Campaign

last Wednesday.

Every blood donor have to fill in the form.

Then we proceed to do blood test.

Mine and Candace's "Marshmallow"

Both Candace and me are O blood group.

Wondering how they test our blood group??

After a long observation,

finally I can differentiate the results of the blood test.

Two drops of blood are put on two different boxes.

A drop of blue and yellow liquid is mixed with the blood respectively.

If the 2 different blood drop do not agglutinate and remain reddish,

you're the O type.

If 1 blood drop remain reddish and the other is blue (agglutinated),

you're the A type.

If 1 blood drop remain reddish and the other is yellow (agglutinated).

you're the B type.

I guess the blue and yellow solution contain

antibodies anti-A and anti-B

for the blood to agglutinate.

Next, we queue to do the blood pressure test.

We wait and wait and wait......

Suddenly the school is out of electricity o.0

The campaign have to be stopped

because those packets of blood will clog.

All of us have to wait till the school regain electricity

to donate blood ><"

Candace wait till so sleepy dy

The SJAM members who were on duty.

Donors...

who do not have the

opportunity to donate their blood.

We waited till 2pm

but there's still no electricity.

All those people from national blood bank

start packing their things and ready to 'get out' of the hot school.

We have no choice but to go back to our class T.T

We have wasted more than 3 hours

on waiting for the electricity....=(

I've done a few questions only.
Not even half of the total exam questions.

Once look at the first question,
My stack of confident tremble =S
and eventually cracked into thousand pieces.

Proceed to ques 2,
waste some time on it.
Then
Ques 3... Prove trigonometry expression.

Skip to ques 4...
...
And this skipping process keep going on throughout the exam.

chemical equation just cant stay in my memory!!
